Amara is a multi-product, multi-country digital health ecosystem delivering patient consultations, clinic operations tools, and physician dashboards. I led the end-to-end product design, shaping experiences across mobile and desktop for patients, physicians, and clinics. My work spanned product strategy, UX/UI design, workflow optimization, and design system creation, ensuring solutions were user-centered, efficient, and scalable. I collaborated closely with engineering and leadership to translate complex business and user needs into intuitive experiences

The Challenge

Healthcare is inherently complex, with multiple stakeholders, critical decisions, and operational workflows that must be both accurate and efficient. Patients need fast, simple access to care, while doctors and clinics require structured systems to manage consultations, schedules, and medical workflows. These experiences are often fragmented, leading to inefficiencies and confusion.

The challenge was to design a unified platform that simplifies these interconnected journeys, while also defining a clear, trustworthy, and consistent product identity across all touchpoints.
