Axon is a comprehensive digital healthcare platform connecting patients, physicians, and clinics through structured, multi-sided workflows. Patients can book appointments, access telemedicine, manage prescriptions, and view medical records, while doctors and clinics use dedicated dashboards for consultations, scheduling, and operational management. The platform also includes a designed landing experience that clearly communicates the product's value and guides users into the system. Built across mobile and desktop, Axon delivers a cohesive, scalable, and intuitive healthcare experience, from first interaction to complex clinical workflows.

The Challenge

Healthcare platforms must support multiple user groups with distinct needs: patients seeking easy access to services, doctors managing high-frequency clinical tasks, and clinics handling complex operational workflows. In Axon, these experiences were fragmented across touchpoints, leading to inefficiencies, unclear processes, and difficult-to-manage workflows.

The challenge was to design a unified system that simplifies these interactions into clear, scalable, and connected workflows, while ensuring usability across all user roles.
