MeritFinder streamlines recruitment for both employers and job seekers. Recruiters access AI-powered dashboards with structured data, scoring, and insights for faster, confident decisions. Candidates follow a clear, guided journey across applications, assessments, and interviews, on mobile and desktop. Designed with a full design system, dedicated landing pages, and multi-device consistency, the platform delivers a cohesive, intuitive, and high-impact hiring experience.

The Challenge
Hiring is not just a workflow; it's a high-stakes decision-making process shaped by uncertainty, time pressure, and large volumes of information. With the introduction of AI, the potential to improve this process is significant, but so is the complexity. What should feel like a smarter system can quickly become overwhelming, opaque, and difficult to trust. For recruiters, the challenge was to transform a fragmented and manual process into a structured, AI-powered system. From defining roles and requirements to generating assessments, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates, every step needed to be faster, clearer, and more consistent. At the same time, large amounts of candidate data, including scores, insights, and performance metrics, had to be organized into dense tables without sacrificing clarity or usability. For candidates, the experience needed to feel simple and human. Discovering opportunities, completing assessments, and participating in interviews had to be seamless, guided, and stress-free, despite the complexity behind the scenes.

What I Delivered
Recruiter Dashboard
Designed a data-rich dashboard for recruiters to manage job creation, candidate evaluation, assessments, interviews, and AI-generated insights, ensuring clarity across complex data tables and decision-making flows.
Candidate Dashboard
Designed a dedicated candidate experience to explore job opportunities, complete assessments, participate in interviews, and track progress seamlessly across the hiring journey.
Landing Page Experience
Designed the marketing landing experience to clearly communicate the platform's value, guide users into the product, and support conversion.
Design System
Built and defined a scalable design system, including UI components, interaction patterns, and visual foundations, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the entire product.
End-to-End Product Design
Delivered the full product experience across all touchpoints from entry (landing) to dashboards and multi-sided workflows.
